This is sort of a "finishing touches" cleanup & bugfix release, nothing big should change in a good while.

The FOSS version does not use Firebase/Google Cloud Messaging. This means updates have to be fetched periodically, and can have a delay of up to one hour. With typical usage patterns it should be a lot less though, please leave me an issue if this doesn't work for you in practice.
