Allow option to not have leading 0 values for duration.

Right now, if you have the format `%ad %hh %Im %Ss`
it will output `0d 0h 14m 48s`, even though there are no hours or days. 

This can be handy if you need everything to be aligned. However, it can also be annoying. Add a flag to toggle this behavior on/off.
