minDisplacementThreshold and ghostFrames incompatible #8
Description
When using minDisplacementThreshold > 0 and ghostFrames > 0 things don't
work as expected.
minDisplacementThreshold should be taken into account when adding previous
frame blobs to current frame blobs when ghostFrames > 0.
