Charge Management System (CMS)

IoT backend for EV charging station management, built with Java 21 and Spring Boot.

What it does

• Manages OCPP 1.6 WebSocket connections from charge points
• Handles OCPP message flows: BootNotification, Authorize, StartTransaction, MeterValues, StopTransaction
• Publishes telemetry via MQTT (Eclipse Paho + Mosquitto)
• Integrates with IMS (Incident Management System) to create incidents automatically on charger errors

Background

Inspired by real-world experience with Mercedes me Charge (L2/L3 support on OCPP flows).
