…mented (ADR-0739) Piloted NVIDIA CompileIQ v1.0.0 against filter1d.cu (845 LOC, VIF CUDA hot path). Search never ran: two hard blockers identified — devcontainer ships Python 3.14 (CompileIQ requires <3.14) and the only published search space targets CUDA 13.3 (container has 13.2.78). No code changed, no ACF produced. Deliverables: Research-0734 digest, ADR-0739, AGENTS.md re-tune invariant, changelog fragment, rebase-notes entry, state.md row.
