Prevents an unintended `4.0.0` major bump caused by three incorrectly marked breaking commits (PR #52 CI-matrix pruning, PR #80 CUDA extern-C bug fix, PR #108 conflict-marker hotfix). The two genuinely breaking changes (PR #47 Vulkan public-API removal, PR #87 `VmafLegacyQualityRunner` removal) remain correctly attributed.
