[BUG] vhdl libraries compression breaks special caracters

VHDL files present in assets are corrupted. All the special caracters (e.g. ©) are replaced by �. This leads to the error Found invalid latin-1 character '�'

Bug present in asset vhdl_ls-x86_64-unknown-linux-musl.zip and maybe all the others.

This is likely due to a similar reason as #337 and should therefore be solved with #338
