added command 'exporttemplate' which writes the C++ template in the standard output. This is interesting when one wants to keep the module source file unchanged and quickly update the templated source code from component placeholders.

Eoin and I made a similar change as a quick way of getting new component coordinates while revising panels, so I'm in favor. =] |
