I'd appreciate this, as switching to a browser always makes horrible KSSSHRRRNGNGGGNGNGNGNGKKK noises for me now.

No DAWs do this so I don't see why Rack should. This feature is just a workaround for Rack's engine doing audio overruns, so the root problem should be solved instead.
