Add fresh Google Workspace homepage

Adds a new, unlinked /google-workspace page for Google OAuth branding verification and routes it directly to the production marketing worker.

The page is deliberately server-rendered and self-contained so Google receives the app name, purpose, Google data usage, and privacy disclosures without depending on client JavaScript or external assets. The route and cloud allowlist ship together so the URL cannot fall through to the authenticated app shell.
