- Remove build artifacts
- Update LVGL version & added def to run with newer versions
- added .gitignore to prevent committing artifacts - clean sdkconfig artifacts (necessitates `idf.py set-target` after clone) - update LVGL component version constraint to use current version - add LVGL define to fix build - minor doc additions
