Lots of changes and improvements, the original purpose remains but in a better format

Class that calls for the camera to shake passes along the values for intensity and duration to the camera which has "influence modifiers" for how sensitive it is to shaking, these modifiers use sliders for more intuitive control

Based on a timed duration instead of a fickle decay value

magical numbers, bools and such are gone
