Purpose of this PR

Add ExclusiveCheckout state. When combined with CheckedOutRemote this allows detecting cases when checkout can't succeed.


Testing status

Manual Tests:

  • Verified that plugins work in the Editor
  • Ran local tests on your machine

Automated Tests:
No new tests.

That's right. The tests simply checks if plugin returns kExclusiveCheckout flag.
