Purpose of this PR
This is a very small PR that simply replaces an icon asset for exposure (moonless scene). The original constellation icon was decided to be replaced by artist, so this PR will replace it with the new one from the icon artist.
For reference, this was the prior icon:
Testing status
I have tested this working in both Dark and Lite editor themes.
