Get rid of maxversion for Mockito library

Description

There is no reason to limit Mockito library with max version 4.2.0 (actual recent version is 5.2.0)
Fixes #2084

How to test

See the issue, there shouldn't be exception in log when project already has mockito 4.8.1 in its dependencies.
