[BUG] Wrong type of notification for error during creation of 'build' folder

To Reproduce

1. To emulate the problem set in UTBot settings Path to project on remote machine to /mnt or another path where utbot server cannot write
2. Then invoke 'Configure Project' from UTBot menu
3. User suggested to create build folder
4. When user accepts suggestion, it fails with error 'Permission denied' but tooltip looks like common info
   

Expected Error balloon would be used to display such problem. Like bottom one on the picture above.
