Adding Dart Enum Generation and Lifting for Numeric Types in Option

I've added enum generation for flat and complex associated types and lifting for Dart numeric types int and double out of the Rust Option<T> type.

Next Steps

  • Finish lifting and lowering for enums
  • Add extra tests to make sure things work
