Bluetooth appaired devices not visible on droidpad with android 11

First thanks for this app which works like a charm with my phone. But on a samsung a40 with android 11, the phone can pair to the device (an esp32) but on droidapp, no devices are found with bluetooth.

I don't know if it's a bug an incompatibility or a limitation of this phone/android version ?

As a note, droidapp doesn't request any autorisations on this phone, that may be the problem, but going on android app configuration, no autorisation are proposed for droidpad.

Maybe a missing permission, android 11 seems to needs ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION

For Android 11 and below no runtime permissions are required to get the paired devices. I guess its a logical flaw which is returning an empty list of paired devices on Android 11 (API 30) and below.

I'll fix it in the next release
