Did you try and do a composer install

No, by wordpress installer. And as I click activate it give the fatal error.
What is the difference with 'composer' ?

Try downloading from the packaged releases, they should include all the composer files. If you just downloaded from the main git codebase, then you'll need to run composer install in that directory in your terminal.
