But even after repairing the model it still would not slice.

I'm not familiar with that error code and the Cura team will take a look.

I had a go at repairing the model with the repair tool in PrusaSlicer.
I got the model to slice with one of my Cura profiles although it took the best part of 30min to slice & my laptop ground to a halt whilst it was doing so. The slicing stalled for ages at around the 2/3 mark before it eventually completed
I didn't try it with the profile in your project file but give this a go & see how you get on
