Failure resolving Foreign Ip Address "Host Invalid"

Good day,

I am currently testing out ulterius and I'm running into an issue where I am able to connect from a foreign machine to my workstation here in the USA but when I attempt to connect to the ulterius server on the foreign machine from my workstation here in the USA, it gives an error of "Failed to connect, host invalid.". I've made sure all external factors are configured properly.

Is this application only for inbound to and within the US networks?

Are you attempting to connect to a IPv4 or IPv6 address? Ulterius will work on any network so long as you have forwarded the connection properly or allowed UPNP to work.
