Rocket.Chat respects $TMPDIR now, so this can be passed to the daemon config
- `startsecs=60` removed from mongodb daemon config snippet - `~/.mongorc.js` username notes removed, they're wrong

Hi,
I've updated my Rocket.Chat guide because Rocket.Chat has released version 3.7.0, which has my pull request RocketChat/Rocket.Chat#17012 included, so we can now set
TMPDIRand the workaround in my original guide is not longer necessary.
