Run report: add details

Add information to run report about the plugin parameters selected, files that were included etc so that the people can see exactly what they ran so they can recreate it.

I have created an extra parameter in TacitUtility.createRunReport(......,List reportParams) which is used to create run report. So while calling this function to create a report, pass reportParams in the form of list of all the extra information that needs to be added. This list(if not null) will be printed in the run report as it is.

Did you make the change in all the plugins wherever run report is getting created ?

@yuva29 Yes I have made changes to all the places where there was a function call. I have passed null for now and once we decide what all do we need to pass from there we can replace the null with values.

I have not committed the code though.
