HID-2090
The first time around #218 I removed the menu item but not the actual tutorial, nor the workflow which a user gets sent to when they arrive from auth.
The PR removes all the files associated with the tutorial, plus the redirects which sent people to it during first-time logins when upgrading from HID v1 to v2.
