Describe the Bug:

On Reviewer Selection in Add Bulk Assignments, the Roles funnel menu is cut off at the bottom of the table. The last role is only partly visible, and the menu does not scroll.

Steps to Reproduce the Behavior:

1. Open Studies and click Add Bulk Assignments.
2. Pick a study template and continue to Reviewer Selection.
3. Click the funnel on the Roles column.

Expected Behavior:

Every role is visible. If the list is long, the menu scrolls.

Actual Behavior:

The menu stops at the bottom edge of the table. In the screenshot, admin is sliced through the checkbox. There is no scrollbar.

The menu is the column filter in frontend/src/basic/Table.vue. The same funnel is used by other tables.
