Use react-router

We should probably use Links from react-router-dom rather than anchors in some places.

Unfortunately, we've been running in to problems in which it complains that the Links are not inside routers even when they are. This happens unless we include a Router in the lev-react-components package itself which would be incorrect as the consumer needs to be able to choose which router to use.
