Things to add/consider

• Using the counting metric to note who was the last person to annotate a clip
• Set max user views
  - Compare IOU scores between each users?

Add a section in the data portal only accessible to admins for seeing all completed data

Do a full comparison between each users
Don't take the last users, just look at intersection or weighting them, use the same statsicts out of those 3 or 5 annotations

Each user's row against all others
