Store recent distances

NEEDS TO BE MORE SPECIFIC

Distances will be passed through with the telemetry data. 
When the Jetsons sends a command for the fire detection, use the distance and pass it to the conversion function. 

If the data from xbee looks something like this:

altitude: 50
lidar distance: 89
on fire: TRUE
....
```

Then take use the lidar distance for conversion
