Release v1

When will be v1 released? Using 0.x version leads to annoying situations (peer dependencies conflicts, plugins incorrectly don't treat changing peer dependency from 0.27.0 to 0.28.0 as a breaking change, etc.). I use TypeDoc for many years now (it is great!), so according to SemVer it may be time for 1.x versions.

I appreciate that this is your personal project and you don't want to needlessly complicate things for yourself, but I don't think this is really the case...

First of all, 0.x versions are way more annoying to deal with than multiple digit major numbers. I truly don't mind that there's typedoc@768.0.0 - it's just a number. But I want to use ^ versioning for all my dependencies, and I then do mind when I have to use exact versions because e.g. typedoc-plugin-markdown@4.5.0 changes typedoc peerDep from 0.27.x to 0.28.x and npm then complain about peer dependencies conflict, because npm doesn't install typedoc@0.28.0 when I request ^0.27.0 in my package.json.

Currently what is done is that changes I know will be breaking wait for 0.x.0 releases, while changes which likely won't affect anyone (at least those only using public plugins, or no plugins) can be included in any release.

So you are kind of following SemVer... How are versions 0.28.4 and 28.4.0. different?

Anyway, if you still don't want to follow SemVer, you can just release version 1.0 and then increment only minor version numbers forever, that would still help with the issue I described above.
