Integrate SemanticDomain #1721
Description
Following #1260 and more precisely #1262, this new issue is to integrate as soon as possible Semantic Domain objects (i.e. Symbols and Types) into develop.
NamespaceSymbol and RootSymbolTable won't be integrated in this first batch but may be integrated later. Resolve mechanisms are also discarded for now.
