CFG Ignore EXEC SQL Statement Out of PROCEDURE DIVISION #1501
Description
EXEC SQL Statement can appears outside a PROCEDURE DIVISION, in this case the CFG is not initialized yet. So all statements outside a PROCEDURE DIVISION shall be ignored.
