Some Emojis not supported by Twemoji聽#1978

We can switch the emoji source url to: https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/emoji-datasource-google@15.1.2/img/google/64/
But, it won't support 馃毝鈥嶁檧锔弒ince it is a combination of person & color, but this set at least has 馃檵
Maybe when they upgrade to 16 in iamcal/emoji-data#252 we can update to that one (unicode 16 is the latest spec)
We just set the default value, so feel free to switch it out if you like @virgile-dev https://www.blocknotejs.org/docs/features/export/pdf#exporter-options

Describe the bug
Emojis like 馃檵 or 馃毝鈥嶁檧锔廳on't exist in Twemoji.
When a user uses them it creates a bug with the exports.

Export it
