Background Color Bug with None-Typed Content in Custom Blocks"

Describe the bug
When I create a custom block with the content set to none, the text and background colors do not show. However, if I set a background and then place my custom block, the background is not removed. While it doesn't add the background color to the custom block property, the background remains displayed until you refresh and re-render the custom block from its JSON object.
