Issue description
The current codebase is currently using javascript vanilla for the client frontend. We want to migrate to a more robust framework, so we need help migrating to React.js.

Technical explanation
The frontend is currently on the /client directory. We're currently using javascript with web3.js implementation, you can see it implemented on the blockchain_stuff.js file. This project is currently being used on production and the UI is not good, but it works. That being said, before improving the UI we want to recreate the frontend but using react.js because it's more scalable. What we would need is to make a new folder called /client-react with the minimum code required to copy the same functionalities as the /client directory. We're open to use any web3/ethers.js wrapper library to connect to the wallet as long as it is very active and maintained project.
