Separate tickets purchase from staking #3
Description
In order for the project to scale we need a stake that matches the pot. One way of improving this is by separating the ticket purchase from the staking. This will allow whales to put bigger skin in the game and also staking won't be necessary for people wanting to purchase tickets. However the amounts or tokenomics will need further thought.
