@yebai asked me to open a PR with the
MixedVarInfowork from the neurips submission. This PR is not compatible at all with the current DPPL and Turing. So please don't review it seriously. It goes hand in hand with TuringLang/DynamicPPL.jl#188. Both need significant work but might be useful in today's discussion.
