Getit wont install in C++Builder Athens 12.1

Trying to install using Getit into C++ Builder Athens 12.1 gives the error
OrpheusCR.cpp(1): Line endings are LF, but RAD Studio requires CRLF. Consider converting or check your source control settings.

I'm not familiar with Github, but I'd imagine that the recent changes made to .gitattributes to preserve line endings needs to be applied to .cpp files too?
