Make notebooks in examples run out of the box using Binder (1/5)

Binder is a project that allows us to run notebooks in a reprodubile/reusable manner by hosting notebooks along with its environmental requirements in a live jupyterhub server allowing anyone to be able to run notebooks without worrying about differences in setup etc.

Enable the following to run on Binder:

• demo_adversarial_debiasing.ipynb

• demo_calibrated_eqodds_postprocessing.ipynb

• demo_disparate_impact_remover.ipynb

• demo_exponentiated_gradient_reduction.ipynb
