Run example notebooks using Watson Studio

A good README and a demonstration (in the form of a notebook?) on how to run AIF360 example notebooks on watson studio

IBM bluemix free account will be required. Some tasks

• Create an ibm bluemix account
• Create watson studio instance
• Play around and learn about watson studio
• Design / device a plan on how to demonstrate running AIF360 notebooks on Watson studio
• Add a README along with a demo notebook on how to run AIF360 examples in Watson studio (or update atleast 1 existing notebook to work on Watson studio)
