Customize the format toolbar

I use "upload image" and "latex input" quite often, but these functions are under the more items/insert,
Is there a way to customize the format toolbar to change the order of these buttoms?

There currently isn't, but I guess we could add support for it just like customizing the launch bar.

Unfortunately, it's quite a bit of work involved. Let's see if more people are interested in contributing.

It's OK to just show all buttons. The plus button is kind of confusing at the moment.

Or show all buttons but put buttons that cannot fit in the (for example) 2 lines into a dropdown menu.
