.NET release 18.9.22

This is the first version of spam for the .NET platform, meaning that is should work on any operating system as long as it's either Windows or has Mono installed on it.

This release just contains the Spam.exe file (which works on Windows anyway) and a "spam" shell script that runs Spam.exe through Mono, for the *nix based OSes, such as Unix, Linux, MacOS, BSD and whatever.

Both downloads below contain exactly the same content, it just comes down if you prefer tar.gz or .zip
