In this PR, I updated the IPv8 Android service so it runs under Python 3 and can be built with the latest versions of Gradle and Android build tools. As a result, I could remove various of our hacky recipes.
I have tested it with the Python 3 docker container that P4A provides. It won't work out of the box, however, since it requires one of my PRs: kivy/python-for-android#1819
