[Feature] SGSI Support

Summary

The Xiaoxindada tool will be used as a base (it is already in progress). To add sGSI support requires some rewriting, refactoring and various other things within the SGSI-build-tool source code, below is a To-Do list.

Note

SGSI source code merged into ErfanGSIs source code (the repository has become private for some reasons, but I plan to bring it public soon).
