Firefox crashes when cancelling dialogue window

I want to submit a new method for a competition. If I browse for a result file and cancel the dialogue, firefox crashes. It works when I select a file and click "open".
Firefox 50.1.0 for Linux Opensuse 13.2
Chrome works fine.

Gundram, thanks for the report, but I could not reproduce the error.
I did try this with the same version of Firefox (50.1.0) but I get not crash when cancelling the dialog. I have Ubuntu, but I don't see how this could play any role.
