Deletion of non-existent entity fails silently #20
Description
If an attempt is made to delete an entity which does not exist from a GTFS table, no exception is raised, hiding potential bugs in callers. An exception should be raised by default; if 'delete if exists' behaviour is desired for some cases, a new function could be created to handle that.
