- Mark `AddHandlebarsHelpers` obsolete. - Add `handlebarsHelpers` parameter to `AddHandlebarsScaffolding`. - Add global.json to specify .NET Core SDK 2.2. - Update main and sample ReadMe files. - Regenerate context and entities in sample.
