Cuts v1.7.3. Includes the changes since v1.7.2: resource-aware scheduling with historical hints by digest keys and size classes, memory escalation and soft enforcement against the reservation, worker liveness and drain handling, queue ordering and unreadable-entry fixes, and store fixes for short reads from a fast tier.
