Fixes:
Partial fix for GHSA-cq8v-f236-94qc. Full fix is blocked on the
azure_blob_storagecrate getting updates, as they're in the process of making some replacement crates there (see also https://github.com/Azure/azure-sdk-for-rust/#status) and so security updates for the underlying buggy crate aren't happeningType of change
Please delete options that aren't relevant.
