Fix for the library build auto-update.

User story:
As a deveoper , I want to change the logic of the devcontainer build, so that to fix the synchronization error between the mounted directory and the installed c2pie package.

DoD:

• The Dockerfile used to build the VS Code devcontainer has been reconfigured so that the project dependencies and the c2pie package are installed in the correct directory.
