NPM Package out of date- FIXED

I'm just putting this here to share that I forked this project and created a new NPM package with the latest changes.

If you've been using this package and are having issues with some outdated bug that is fixed in later commits, this is for you.

You access the package here: https://www.npmjs.com/package/tonejs-midi-fix
OR install via the command line:

npm install tonejs-midi-fix
